I'm in Ibiza now. Blue supermams are fucking shit, stay away. No euphoria, no strong come up, no intensity and no love or empathy and a scary come down to boot. One guy lost his mind on the come down and was quite psychotic. I managed to ride it out but definitely the dirtiest pill I've ever had, and I'm from Oz so that says it all really. Everyone along PBD is pushing them so stay away from anyone that has them in their possession.
Luckily I've found the blue ghosts from last year. They're definitely the way to go if you can find them. Proper euphoria, almost overwhelming. Make sure you get the lighter blue colour as there are copycat darker blue ones going around which will crumble in your hands.
As for the parties, I have to say I prefer edm crowds to your techno crowds. Cocoon was practicality empty, usually I'm scared for my life at Amnesia lol. People basically stood there with their arms crossed studying the dj with the occasional this is proper German techno comment. A ton of rich snobs as well, the techno crowd just don't show you much love. Much like the music they listen to, they're void of emotion and don't like anything that could excite. The music was so repetitive. I gave techno a chance but boy it's shit music. It goes absolutely no where, all retch and no vomit. I'll stick to music that has some variety and actually sounds different after a few minutes whilst enjoying it with people who aren't afraid to get loose and have fun.
Anyway, I'm off to enjoy Armin with people who still have zest for life. Blue ghosts, hands in the air reaching for the lasers, and getting loose with those around. Now that's a proper Ibiza party for me.
Ps, I got 2 Armin wristbands for free. Winning in life lol. Love this place!!
