Dr Dre - Sounds like he's deliberately trying to be big and hard.
jay z - just sounds like an arrogant prick
Kanye West: Again, sounds like he's TRYING to be hard. Sounds very unnatural. His songs would be so much better if someone else rapped them:

Nas - Beautiful voice, calm yet heartful
Eminem: The perfect rapping voice. quick, powerful, reflects emotions
Snoop dogg: Just sounds so sly and relaxed. Amazing rapping voice
DMX - So much heart in his words

if you go by just straight voices my favorite rapper might actually be Pauly Yamz from Ill Advised or maybe Ed OG, idk, its a weird thing to solely judge off of.

@brimz- of course I like Freeway man even if Just Blaze did more or less make his CD memorable. And jay z is just a better rapper imo, nothin against Freeway but he's pretty low on that "voice only" list IMO. very unpalatable, and I hear people talk like that a fair amount and I still can't understand wtf theyre saying.

still my favorite Jay Z song though, shit came on the radio the other day and it was just like

can't believe him and Beanie couldnt make more music. Actually I can since theytre both kneegs but w/e
