Which city is the best for cheap and strong H and rock in UK?

Also what's the deal with buying methadone on the street? Price, etc. I will be sick and have nowhere to live!!

I have been doing this shit for over 10 years so I'm not naive but desperation makes for easy targeting!!

Oh no way man whats happened that you're about to find yourself homeless (and in the UK of all places)?!
 
Bristol has lots of squats and cheap gear - methadone is always £10 per 100ml in just about every town in the Uk and has been for at least the last 20y
 
Yeah actually I hear Bristol has a lot of services for the homeless and for addiction. Brighton is another methinks. Warmer generally speaking than a lot of the rest of the UK.

As for the street methadone, 100ml a tenner is about right, IME it can be as cheap as £10 for 130-140ml but could be £10 for 70-80ml depending on whatever that person's daily dose is. Generally speaking the seller wants to buy a bag of gear with the take-home dose they're sacrificing.

Im actually good man as of yesterday. I had an upcoming sentence and suspended sentence was sure I would get jail. Glad I didn't go before. I knew I could appeal.

It's not the jail I'm afraid of rather the benzo sickness that comes with it!!!

Can't not get arrested anywhere I go in this country. Even went Donegal for a while!! Used my brother's name. Didn't work lol.
Must have a head on me I don't look like an addict tho!!??

Will update thread and kind people who offered help and advice. I'm delighted was expecting 2 years got probation.

Might still go UK. Gonna get passport have time now I can actually plan a move properly.

I just need to get away from the local "boys" and local police.
 
I don't remember a 'drought' per se. I remember looking at the purity of street heroin in an EMCDDA and the UK figure dropped from about 50% (about where it is now) down to about 37%. The same paper noted that Afghan heroin, at the point of production, has an average purity of 78%. Now, I wonder if that is just the % of 3,6-diacetyl morphine i.e. 3 & 6 monoacetyl morphine & morphine itself are included.

Some years ago I also researched why US H overdose deaths were more common in spring. While I didn't have a definite conclusion, I noted poppies grown in lower temperatures (I believe the poppy is grown all year round in Mexico) have a higher proportion of codeine. 6-acetyl codeine is very toxic.

Still, I keep dreading a sudden huge increase in fentanyl analogues to Europe but it's only turning up in Russia & the Baltic nations. I suppose it's because a lot of labs are in Estonia. However, WOULD the EMCDDA spot a tiny fraction of a percent of α,3-dimethylthiofentanyl? I specify that specific analogue because it's very potent and it's duration is about the same as H, so it wouldn't 'feel' different.
 
I once put an oz of hash in a pan to warm up to make it easier to cut (too stoned to even think a heated knife would have been better) forgot about it till i went back in to the kitchen some time later and was faced with a wall of smoke, a pan with no bottom (had melted) and an awful smell....how we laughed.

I did the same with an Oz of that formula shit that was around in the late 80s (even before soapbar).

It was so fuckin hard that the only way to cut it into deals was to microwave it. I put it on a bit too long and when I opened the microwave door the kitchen filled with horrible black foul smelling smoke.


I can't believe we used to buy that shit...

It does. I remember when their was just hash and their were 5 types commonly seen:

1)Gold seal - the highest quality and yes, the blocks really did have logos printed in gold leaf
2)Red seal - the second quality and the name from the red plastic it was shipped in
3)'hash' - this was the crap I think 'formula' is. You would find bit's of plastic in it. People heated good hash & added a cut, hence 'formula'.
4)Blonde/Red leb - I've actually bought it fresh in North Africa and it's actually very soft & bendy - fluffs up when heated.
5)Jamaican - more likely Mexican. Texture of shredded wheat & had a lot of seeds & sticks in it.

When skunk first appeared, everyone loved it but I find it far too strong. In fact, I don't really smoke any more and it's partly because we are seeing people spraying low quality weed with Spice. I mean, you KNOW when someone has slipped you Spice.

Gosh, that takes me back.

Yeh, car tyres and diesel exactly describes the smoke that stuff gave off.


After the microwave failure, I took to using a hammer and chisel to break it up. Skinning up was a nightmare. It needed a direct flame for about 20 seconds to soften slightly, then resolidified in seconds.

Spliffs gave off pungent black smoke and dropped hot rocks everywhere.


After that shit, soapbar was a godsend...
