regardless of your past,anyone presenting with genuine pain issues should be treated as such.That's the law.Some docs piss their pants,thinking you might OD on their prescription.They might call and ask for them back,but they won't come knocking on your door(pls someone tell me if i am wrong)and if you prove to them that you will use them responsibly,there is no reason why they shouldn't start treating you with a bit more respect.
When I got out of prison,they had given me enough meds for 2 days.On the day I got out,i had to go straight to probation and then straight to the docs.This was in a very upmarket area as I was staying on a tag at my parents place.I expected to be passed around like shit,but they were massively understanding and got everything sorted.A little trouble finding a pharmacy that could get said fent that day,but eventually found a Tesco's with a late opening hours and a late med delivery.Had to then get home in time for serco to come and measure up for my tag.Quite a day and I am very lucky I had a chauffeur(my dad) for the day,but we got it all sorted and by 9pm,i was dribbling on the sofa.
EVERYONE with legitimate pain needs is entitled to appropriate treatment,regardless of background.
just go steady with the pain meds cos IME you get 1 good buzz from it then you can chase that buzz,but it will never be the same,so abuse only once,the rest of the time,just use.

it looks like i can get one just have to be an absolutely cold hearted bitch to do so.

if i have to travel i'll go back to where i know people, it's a little further but hey, the distance from everything was one of the attractions of this place!
 
Ireland is FULL of gear, I don't take it but am considering due to insomnia - 60mg of fulbpam, no sleep. And when I do, I'm straight up at 8/9am.

Aww you poor thing......having to get up at such an ungodly your of 9:00am? That's awful mate. I genuinely feel for you bro. I'm a meer 3 hours into my shift by 9:00am bed was a distant 5 hour ago memory!!!.

On a serious note though mate have you ever tried Sominex from Boots (Promethazine). Its a fair better sleep aid than any of the RC benzos I've tried (which more induce a nasty unconsciousness rather than promote natual sleep). The worst sleep side of all being tricyclic antidepressants like amitriptyline which knock you out but leave you feeling like absolute shit the flowing day.

Sprout's right as well though.....opiates generally keep you awake. They make you feel really tired and you get that nod but no actual proper sleep. That's why generally after sesation after several days use all you want to do is sleep for 24 hours straight. Opiates are definitely not the answer....

Seriously though give the Sominex a try, they're only a few quid a box and 2 pills (40mg) really works. :)

not sure if you count getting quite a serious smack habit as exciting. that's partly why i moved. do have a new job which is amazing, or would be, if i could care but i can't really right now cos i'm fuckin fiending. have got to travel to some cool places too, guess that's actually exciting!
 
Cheers for he replies, but I always got a good nights kip on 600ml of codeine - its another 3hr sleep, and I've a skype conference at 10... fml

Wow, packs a punch. not much of a tolerance. Mate said he'd been down south a come up with this tan rock, (is 45 for 0.5g a stroke)

It doesn't matter, just smoked, had me gouching out trying to pay bus drivers, last 3 days a blur. Sure was no ripp-off. Fistful of flubpam is helping lifting this head ache ease.

I kind of want more. Now. Is that normal? A very messy beetle to 3 (still my fav by a mile, hopefully 2 g's tomorrow be more chatty).

Can this stuff be used recreational? As I love 3-fpm, but not had any in 2 months. I'm physical with the benzo's. May as well pick up 15mg diaz a day instead a 40-60mg flubropam everyday. I can also blend in, attend meetings, family events (not this Easter :-/) - It was soooo obvious i was on another planet.

Looking back much preferred iv No 4 to 3 x as much smoked No 3

When I was in Vegas I seen these, *diphenhydramine pills* - works out $22 for 15g of diphenhydraemine (or 600 mini tabs) ($4 in Vegas)

Here £4.79 x 32 x 50mg content- or £479 for 16g of diphenhydraemine

I just wanted to add that in because Englangz74 took the time to discuss OTC options. Just insomnia is a bitch, 2/3 hrs a night.

Heroin is no cure tho.

Yeah smack is definitely not a cure for insomnia. In fact once it gets its teeth into you it will probably cause more insomnia and worse things whenever you run out.

Exercise is the best cure. Wear yourself out. Combined with a healthy diet it will help stimulate the production of melatonin. Not as easy as taking a pill but far better for you and probably more effective.

I feel for you brother. Insomnia sucks. It can be horribly debilitating. But heroin definitely is not the answer to that problem.
 
Oh i have seen enough stuff on DMT to KNOW that there is more going on than us humans know about but also that all organised religion is basically bullshit. So while i am a firm believer in the spirit world and other dimensions I will never believe in the fairy tale rubbish of Christianity.
 
Your sleep is far too imoortant to entrust to some unknown-quality street drug. Good food, fresh air and exercise will be the best treatment for insomnia. At worst, maybe a short-term, low-dose benzo script while you make required lifestyle changes.

Any drug you use as a sleep aid has dependency potential. Heroin is definitely not a good drug ever to need to take.

Habe you not took 3 because of you ending up in hospital? If yrbhaving sleep issues you're mind isn't relspsed enough. Comee is right when he suggests ecercise (not near nedtime though will have the opposite affect of what you want.

What do you do the two hours running up to when you go to bed? This can be fixed.

I can even sleep after a ruck of 3-FPM even because it's all in the mind x
