EADD Heroin discussion v.20 -- You've come a long way baby

Scoring later. Would have been and done it last night, if not for a visitor.

It's about a month since I last had any, apart from a little sample after a third-party scoring mission a fortnight ago (I knew it wasn't going to push me back into the WD hell brought on by the end of a fortnight-long binge; and anyway, I was owed it for going) but yesterday was too much; thanks to a communications company failing spectacularly to communicate, something nasty is about to hit the fan, and I am standing way too close to it for comfort.

I don't think anyone can blame me for wanting to wrap myself in Heroin's soft, warm, comforting blanket for awhile.

Gear still the same for me 3 bags for £25 lovely gear that has me nodding out by the end of my first bag,but there never seems to be enough.
Got into someone for weights recently but the quality was nothing like my bag man.
God I miss having good eights and quarters to fuck around with. "SIGH"

back in wolves, the guy ive been using was apparently stopped by the law last monday and despite not getting caught with any thing his phone has been off for a week as he has gone to ground. on a better note the rest of the shotters all have the same nice kit as he had, albeit in slightly stingier bags.

on a third and final note we go to a different guy on the other side of the city, who ive dealt with for 5 years. his gear never recovered after the drought, but when it was all shit his was as good as anywhere, total bash dust but with that weird ability to cure even the savagest rattle without any danger of getting high as well

then, last September, he just stopped answering the phone to me. i didnt lose too much sleep as sweeter meats were becoming the norm elsewhere, but would periodically try him with no luck.

then yesterday, out of the blue, he answered, like wed never been apart, even down to the fact that he had exactly the same crap yellow salty gear he had a year ago

Hi Class A, hope you're well! I haven't been on BL much, but I have been scoring quite a lot lately. Old habits sneaking back in...

I'm scoring in North Dublin. The gear is the best it's been since the drought. It actually tastes like heroin, and there is a nice buzz off it. But, in my opinion its still not as strong as what I was getting before the drought. But thankfully there are big improvements, I just wonder if things will ever go back to the way it was before the drought. Also, it can be difficult to get weight, a lot of the dealers just want to sell €20 bags.
 
Hey, Ructions! Glad to hear you're doing O.K.

Quality in my bit of the UK is back to pre-drought, but prices are still mid-drought! P-i-C found a supplier of cheaper wares ..... that turned out to be next to unsmokable. Yuck! We both agreed that it was a false economy, preferring to pay the extra for quality.
 
My new fella doing the 5 pound bags has got new stuff and its even better which makes me very happy due to the fact my usual fella has gotten even worse.

My mate gave me a bag three days ago off him and I felt barely felt a thing off it, this was after two 5 pound bags off me new fella.

So I'm happy I got a new contact who has nice dark.

Im scoring tomoz, then doing three days on codeine + DFs and then a few days on subutex till next Monday with the view to score on Tuesday once I start feeling rough. i hope to do a quick reduction to get my tolerance down. But should i do subbies first and then the codeine + DFs?

Hey Ructions, good to hear from you!

Sorry to hear you're still not happy with the gear, I kinda figured things were much the same when you weren't posting :\ Even though it must be frustrating for you it mightn't be so bad in some respects, as you said yourself you're scoring more often now and chances are you'd be scoring even more if the pre-drought gear returned! Haven't scored recently myself but I'm moving abroad soon and I reckon I'll have a bit before I go. Anyway, I hope all is well with you otherwise. Take care and keep us posted :)
 
I asked my mate to describe the heroin high to me and he said it's like riding a rollercoaster, with the added contentness/ relaxation of something like benzos and boooze.
 
Only if you IV it to be honest, Hex. Smoked it's mostly just very pleasant. Sans needles it's kinda lacking in many ways. At least the difference between it and other opies is muted at best.

Heroin is a speedy opiate which suits me down to the ground. I always found it made me feel like I'd taken the best speed (actually nearer cocaine) with a shitload of benzo chasers. Sort of.

Mostly makes you just not give a shit about anything else that exists.

Tempted to offer a local junky 0.1 just to do the deed. Any nearby BLers are also welcome.
 
I remember you saying. I had you in mind when I realised it was my only option other than precarious tooting with hands that could go into spasms at any moment and plugging, which works but not when you're constipated.

Be glad you don't live around the corner cos I'd be banging on the door already. In fact, just be glad I don't live around the corner. :D

I disagree, you still get that lovely rush from smoking heroin that you don't get from any other opiate. Definitely a very different feeling to any other opiate I've ever tried. The initial rush reminds me a bit of the feeling you get when you're on a plane that's just taking off. I get what you mean about it being a bit speedy but nowhere near on the same level as tramadol.
