Matey I've been, sorry. I didn't even get a Twix :(

I got some Cadburys popcorn covered in chocolate for 49p on offer and my missus destroyed them, I had a few was delicious :D

Sorry you can't have any they are gone. That's still 49p you owe me though, cheers Toucan. <3

I love Double Decker, if you can lend me the money via Paypal I will go back for you, I will eat the Double Decker in your honour.

I've really got to stop ordering stuff while I'm high, although in amongst the stupid purchases is this book, which I've wanted since I heard his interview on five live.

Rolf Dobelli - The Art Of Thinking Clearly: http://new.publishersweekly.com/978-0-06-221968-8. Not a great review (actually, quite a critical one), but I'm going to give it a shot.

Still they might be evil cunts but folk running a marathon for charity did not deserve to be hurt. I don't care no-one can justify it.

Ben ben ben! Ben ben ben.

I wasn't trying to justify it.

It isn't justifiable.

I wasn't talking about justice... it's not about whether it's right or wrong, good or bad. It is wrong, and it is bad.

But it can be understood. Actions cause reactions. It's science. Cause and effect. If you kill children using drones, then it is reasonable to expect that someone will hit back.

Fuck. It's horrible, and no-one who was hurt deserves to have been hurt. It should not have happened, and it was an act of madness. But even madness has it's own internal logic.

Who should? Tom Cruise and that?

Double decker. I've only just worked out that you're not talking about buses. :D

That's a good point knock. I was listening to an awful eyewitness account earlier, and there was so much sadness in the guys voice, while he was explaining what he saw. He was really concise in describing the injuries and panic he witnessed, but at the same time, I was thinking about how many people in other countries have seen the same, and experience terrorism first hand on a regular basis.

Nothing justifies killing, in any circumstance. People seem far less concerned with what is going on in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria though. It's nuts. Is it considered 'old news', because it's been going on so long? It's like an event is reported on the front page, then something else happens, and it creeps to towards the back, and people forget, or just turn the page as it's nothing new.

That looks like an interesting read. Let us know when you've read it so we can measure the increased clarity of logic in your posts. That sounds sarcky, but I'm just being opportunistic ;) :D

This former SAC trained B-52 gunner agrees. Nuke Mecca. The next day drop leaflets and announce that if even one single act of terrorism happens again, we nuke Madina.

That former SAC trained B-52 gunner clearly doesn't quite understand what happens when you drop a nuke.
What a horrific thread of comments.

Knock, you should know by now that my posts are sparse in logic..

It's definitely the right sort of book though. The sort of book those facebookers should be reading. We should all learn to think before we learn to voice off. Me included.

For sure. When I happened to catch his interview, a lot of what he said made sense to me, so I'm looking forward to the read!
