Current events? Ukraine? OK. Tell me who/what brought down MH-17. And I mean the official version. What? You can't find an official narrative? Coming up to a year after the event? That was right in front of our eyes. And propaganda dictated the waters were muddied in MSM on both sides from the minute that plane hit the ground.

Is this a drug board? Anyone see the research done into the reporting of different drug deaths which showed 100% reporting ratio of deaths attributed to MDMA, with a less than 1% figure for deaths caused by alcohol? And you don't think this is evidence of a conspiracy in the manufacture of news aided by the powerful, cash rich coffers of the alcohol industry?

Then we must have a different definition of the word conspiracy. You say 'lobby' I say 'conspire'.
 
I agree with you sammy about the biggest conspiracy being how much doesn't even need to be hidden - at best, it's just couched in euphemisms. Eg, start talking about the new world order and you risk sounding like alex jones, and yet just call it 'globalisation' and there it is right in your face (that's not to say i agree with jones' liberal/gun-stealing/agenda21 bollocks interpretation). It's not hidden that the elite have managed to make it so any country that doesn't apply neoliberalism and give over its money creation powers to an international cabal of bankers is liable to be invaded and get a bayonet up their arse - this is just called economics (as rocthschild said, 'give me control of a nations currency and i care not who makes the laws' (or something)). The whole economics profession was coopted by corporate power and goes along with the whole emperors new clothes of failed neo-classical economics models (lots of them even actually believe in them) - another massive conspiracy (eg watch inside job)

But the propaganda and mind control involved in creating this situation is also a massive conspiracy - dating from at least eddie bernays onwards, the public mind has been manipulated towards certain ideas and politics and away from others (see robin ramsay on labour history, or operation mockingbird).

Added to that there are also loads of actual secret conspiracies going right now too (eg david kelly - ooh, did you hear the one about david kelly, david cameron and the missing south african nuclear bombs which ended up in north korea? - link) (nuva link)

In order to keep this out of Parliament and out of the public domain, Margaret Thatcher was asked to sign off these weapons under a special Urgent Operational Requirement (UOR) describing them as metal cylinders rather than nuclear bombs. The UOR document was signed just before Mrs Thatcher left office in late 1990.[9] It was subsequently revealed that £17.8 million was siphoned from this secret nuclear deal into Conservative Party funds.[10]

Boris Berezovsky was killed in his bathroom because he was preparing to give Vladimir Putin evidence of a plot involving leading oligarchs to topple the strongman in a coup, it was claimed today.

The exiled Russian tycoon was slain by Western secret services linked to the plan to overthrow the Kremlin leader.

The theory comes from Berezovsky's former long-time head of security Sergei Sokolov, who disputed the version of British police that the ex-billionaire took his own life, aged 67, in Berkshire in March 2013.

He alleged: 'Berezovsky's murder was prepared for several months. It was a brilliant operation by the secret services.

'You decide: Berezovsky had a house .... round the clock security, CCTV cameras around the house. A fly would not make it.

'And on the day of his death all the security guards vanished, CCTV cameras were switched off for some reason, although they are placed every 100 metres.

'It is likely that not only MI6 took part in this operation but also CIA. There were people around Boris who were recruited by these secret services, including some of his guards.'

His personal guard and driver Avi Navam would later find his body in the locked bathroom.

He also disputed claims that Berezovsky was impoverished and depressed when he died having lost all his money, following a bitter £3 billion high court battle against Roman Abramovich.

I haven't "recently got all SNP", by the way; I've just become more vocal about it since the referendum. I've voted SNP since I was 18. Alex Salmond was my MP for many years and probably had the safest seat in the entire country, while actually being a worthwhile and useful politician. :)

As soon as I saw that guy on the telly criticising Putin, I said out loud "he's gonna die". And two days later, he did. Putin's "outrage" and promises to investigate it fully are a transparent and shameless load of bollocks. Putin is a fucking psychopath and he's gonna bring us towards that much-promised WW3 in the next year or two. Fucking scary world.

The government don't need to hide the truth, people hide themselves from the truth. Life is just illusions and we live for pleasure and little else.
