Back from the pub with what looks like the beginning of a bout of gastro which has been doing the rounds. My neices had it earlier in the week and i am guessing thats where it came from. Either that or FUBAR infected my otters with one of his strange bacterial life forms which cant be ruled out.
 
I have to work. Had the day off but helping a mate out that had plans with family. I don't wanna now!

Ewww Christmas dinner brekkie. Sorry that just sounds like a massive boak for me.

Family times here, which is pretty incredible as I don't really have one of my own. But we ate, drank and were merry. Also watched something called Sense8. Not particularly Xmas viewing but...different.
 
Happy Boxing Day-I don't know why we don't ave this holiday on this side of the pond. Spent yesterday at a friends who throws a dinner for Christmas "strays"-got home bloated and somewhat buzzed on champagne. Am trying to wake up and play with my new waffle iron.

Afternoon folks - so far so good - all veg peeled and ready to go on later - managed to get out and reload on some plant so now I have had a bong and have 3/4 of a funny fag smoked, with the sun shining I have a nice spring in my step and can re-immerse myself in my juvenile Christmas film select - 'Lord Of The Rings The Two Towers' (Extended Edition =D ) and after that I'm going to have a second look at 'The Revenant' which I remember enjoying when I got the BD as a B'Day pressie in June, but have forgotten the details (I suspect I had probably taken a benzodiazepine - one of the few advantages of taking these drugs is that you can watch a film under their influence and aside from the general notion as to whether it was good or not you can enjoy it the 2nd time as if it were the first due to the amnesia).

Talk about speaking too soon - my Dad got my mother and I diaries as gifts yesterday - I was just about to put the film on when I hear her screaming at my dad as she's lost hers - so she bursts into the room and grabs mine, when I politely pointed out to her that it was mine and that I had written my name into the personal bits, she started screaming at me calling me every junky related name and cunt under the sun, tore it up and then started to twat me round the head with the cover.

decisions decisions - can I get away with just trying to mooch on with the film, with another spliff or do I start punching the wall? The next 10 mins will be kill or cure. I just hope I can find the fucking diary quicktime.

I think you need to take a deep breath, roll a spliff and go for a walk mate. Turn your back and get out for a while - thats what I'd do anyway. Good luck and best wishes Stee <3
 
Sounds trying Stee. Hope it resolved itself.

I have had a relatively Christmassy Christmas for me.

My kids learned of Santa Claus at school this year, so I went and got what they wanted and snuck them in while they were sleeping. Left milk and cookies out for him, wrote the kids a note etc.

Went for an Xmas dinner at a high end resto that a mate is exec chef at along with around ten other families, including one of my better friends and his. Was tasty but the portions way too small, so headed to another friends hotel to eat the buffet there and swim with my kids.

Had some nice "Poison" kush and charis and local weed which is nice to socialise on. Drove home and did a Skype to Irish extended family for the kids sake.

Lazy day yesterday building Lego kits for the boy and then got shitfaced last night. Waiting on a call to head back to work at any time. Could be today, could be morrow.

Hope tomorrow. Have an engine to fit to a dozer and don't fancy it hungover, engine weighs 2.5 tonne. . .
