Haha that does indeed look cool as! Snakey snakey, sucky sucky! :o

I now have a helix piercing, just a ring, it's healing ok I think (even though i've been a lazy sod and not saline-solution'd it much) and I'm kinda sleeping on it now, after a few days. It's still quite raw though, and I hope the ring movement doesn't mess it up or make the piercing migrate out or anything. Swelling's gone down anyway, so I might get a smaller ring next week.

I've had an eyebrow piercing for ages, and it hasn't migrated out yet, although it maybe has moved a little bit. Need a new bar really.

Bit boring really! I have plans for several tattoos but I'm gona wait a few more years on those I think, but I have other piercing ideas knocking around, i'm just an idle sod and kinda forget how easy they are to get done... :D

I got rid of my labret for much the same reason, don't want any teeth falling out. Tongue looks epic.

That's cool. I bet it hurt like an absolute motherfucker though?

I'm up for piercing pain, but mouthpain is pretty sux.
 
mine wasn't numbed and had them done a couple of weeks apart (with an unsuccessful attempt in between). first one honestly was no bad at all but the second wrecked as my tongue was swollen and sore from the first still. the piercer who did it was a fucking butcher, got them done free as i used to be mates with the staff but never let the guy touch me again after his botch job :D.
 
Most piercing places don't numb these days.

I remember going to somewhere in Newcastle to get my nose and daith pierced, told them that when i'd had my Rook pierced somewhere else they had sprayed it to numb it. The piercer was horrified and said nowhere should still be doing that as it makes it more difficult to pierce!
 
my piercer (who i love to pieces) said that you shouldn't have the skin numbed as it makes it less elastic or something so it's more prone to tearing...or something like that=D

i have three studs in each lobe, my lip, my tragus, my anti helix, my conch (which is in an orbital with my anti helix) and two bars in my nape. the tragus was the most painful and longest to heal. My napes on the other hand were the blissfull after (i.e could sleep on them no problem) but have a habit of getting red and sore if i'm ill or been on a bender.=D i love all my piercings. i also have a tattoo on my foot (which was a crappy piece of flash, so i don't love it as much...i love the memory attached to it but not the piece, and really regret not sticking to my principle of getting not getting something done for the sake of it) and am booked to get a tattoo on my back in a couple of weeks=D

my opinion on body mods is to each his own, however for me personally i think sometimes too many looks awful and just like they've been done for the sake of it. all of my piercings have been gifts or to celebrate special days not just because i liked it on someone else and thought why not. idk, i think any change in your body should be for a reason and special to you and not to fill some design asthetic. *steps off soapbox*=D
 
my friend got like 3 cock piercings from the trainee for free just because he fancied her and got his rocks off cos she had to touch his cock haha :D. apparently this once resulted in a somewhat embarrassing /very painful post piercing erection.

Deffo agree with that. I can remember where when and who I was with when I got each of my piercings. Most of them had been birthday presents to myself, or just something to cheer me up.

Both of my tattoos are special too. The butterfly made of spirals is for my mother - after watching a butterfly hatch and fly away at her funeral. I have a continuation of the spiral theme on my inner wrist as spirals are important in nature and also religions. I can't be bothered to explain my love for spirals right now.

My next tattoo when I can afford it will be a tree up my spine, with a decorated branch for every one special in my life. Spiral based of course :) I shall also soon get something in remembrance of MTGG, it will be a year soon.

lol, they're all places on your ear??? why can't folk just say "i've got my ear pierced 75 times" instead of listing all these mad names for different sections of your ear & making me think folk have got piercings all over their bodies when they've really just got a big metal ear.

sorry, i'm no really qualified to comment on things like this as i don't have any piercings or tattoos. i still want some tattoos but fuck knows when that'll happen & i did want my lip pierced at one point in my misguided youth but im really fucking glad i got talked out of that one
 
Transverse lobe, that's the one I've been banging on about for months trying to describe to people!
