EADD Benzo Discussion V. I forget

if i go to this tranquiliser support group, i assume most of the group will have benzo problems.

I may be wrong, so praps Id better reserve judgement until i go. Im almost certain i will go, im gonna need all the support i can get to get off these things. Getting off bupe with the help of etiz and EADD members was one thing, but getting off etiz with nothing to ease the blow is something else alltogether.
 
yes they probably will, as benzos are the most commonly prescribed tranquiliser, less dangerous then the barbiturates which were far more commonly prescribed before diazepam hit the chemists shelves. Benzos have only been available since the 60s, but they have quickly replaced other drugs which were more likely to kill people in slight overdose.

I take it u r talking about BAT ?

Yeah i've been to there groups a few times can't say i will again in the near future but it wasn't scary or owy not like coming off 160mg of oxy & .4 of Heroin a day .........
 
Does anybody here use Phenobarbital or any other Barbs for their anxiety or other conditions ? Out of curiosity think I might try the Barbs just to see what all the fuss is about and If they are really that good :)
 
You won't find anybody here who uses barbiturates for anxiety. Or sleep for that matter. Try forty years ago.

You might find somebody who takes phenobarb for epilepsy, but from what I hear it's really not much cop.
 
Yeah from what i have gathered benzos have comnpletely replaced barbs, apart from in places like S Africa, and when dodgy RC versions get released. Etaqualone only last 45 minutes apparently, what fucking use is that i ask myself.

What does BAT stand for brimz ? The group may or may not be helpfull, but I'll try it, no stims today, only 1 coffee, so i should need less etoz tonight and then maybe wont need the coffee tomorrow. Jesus can coffee make me stressed and anxiois if i have too much.
 
Your epilepsy would have to be pretty fucking awful to be given phenobarbital, makes me glad mine is super mild,

I thought however it was used for status epilepticus if you don't respond to midizolam , not for actual long term treatment.

Don't have my BNF on me, so will have to check what that says!
 
I have no idea whatsoever of how phenobarbital would be used, I just know that it's sometimes prescribed for epileptics.

You may be absolutely right. In any case, benzoman isn't going to find many people using it as a benzo alternative...

I had a batch of roche a while back, mates had it aswell exact same thing in another city and they take a while to hit and when they do there is no blissed out benzo feeling. Just sheer grog, they don't improve your mood like real vals usually would either. My guess is phenazepam.

Anything that comes about locally now is never real diazepam anymore. Teva blues in scripts were the same as the Roche's, not diaz. If you want Valium that contains diazepam now you either have to be getting a script or ordering from the legit EU places that sell the likes of richters or apaurins.
 
Roche ones are ones i would be wary as fuck about tbf, didn't they stop making branded Valium or do they still produce it?

Yellow MSJs i was getting were really no different then the ones i get scripted
 
Roche I believe ain't produced Valium in UK for a long time or so I have been told. Probably very easy to check with google.
 
Nah i read google before posting that, alot of articles make it out like they stopped all together not just in the UK.

the teva's and activas that done the rounds here a while ago were 100% same diaz i got scripted, that beautiful taste :D

those actives were beaut! lost my wallet with a strip of them in it a while back. Got a call from a friend just after i cancelling my card tripping, she had the wallet with the card but no blues.. :|
 
56 a week was too many, now id love just one :\

i lost my wallet with 'very important articles' worth 500+ cuz of them msj's, not my fault they taste so good and can be ate like sweets, was my fault for having so many on me when they taste so good though, no self control :(
 
that was my problem lol just sticking them little bastards under my tongue all the time
