It's not about how many times you fall down , It's about how many times you get back up , carry on where you left off soldier ;)

Yeah i stuck out it on 5mg since last tuesday, seen the doctor today and got another script of 5mg's. But next Tuesday i wanna start halving them so i just do 2.5mg a day the plan was i supposed to be cutting down from 5mg to 2mg this week my doc doesn't mind if i screw up though he just expects it. lol

I wanted to be off the stuff by Christmas but i guess there is no rush tbh

maybe look into meditation HF. Thats what i intend to do when i start my etiz taper. Noah Levine is a guy who got into meditation after/during drugs problems, it can physiologically change your brain to make you calmer and happier. I was allways put off as it allways seemed kind of 'pie in the sky' and wtf is mindfullness etc, but Noah Levine promises to be a whole lot more accessable and down to earth, thats the angle i need to approach it from, not some abstract confusing intellectual gibbersih that i cannot grasp.

He has quite a few clips on youtube,

http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=noah+levine&sm=1

but i think this is the one I'll start with

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjhce63L0N4

theres a ton of related stuff on you tube

How Your Brain Can Turn Anxiety into Calmness

i dont know yet which will be worthwhile, but the Noah Levine recommendation comes from a highly respected source.

Thanks mate. I had the same feelings on meditation and mindfullness being, well something bullshit. My best friend works in mental health, and deals with all kindsa people with depression/anxiety etc. He is a boss at his job, and has helped so many people using mindfullness. Pure ingnorance made me po po? It. Its basically the only option I have left. I have masked it up with benzos, now im stopping them, and I am not taking antidepressants. Once this diazepam taper has finished, im gonna give it a blast.

First time benzos?

I need some advice on benzos

I am wondering what the best benzo is after a long night stimulant binge such as coke or amphetamine, I haven't taken benzos before, just wondering what you guys prefer to help you lot sleep?, Valium is out the question... half life of like 70+ hours

Had enough of falling asleep at 6am

I am currently looking at etizolam... which is similar to benzos.. sure you guys know what that is anyways

etiz due to there being no legal worries, very easy to obtain in good quality, and it has very strong hypnotic and anxiolytic effects on newcomers.

BEWARE of it though, i initially bought it to enable to me sleep rather than have to endure stim comedowns. I never expected to like the stuff as much as I did. I was amazed how much i liked it. In short, its extremely addictive, so really make a very strong effort not to fall into regular use, which is all to easy to do. If you just keep it for weekly stim comedown or w/e you should be fine.

Yeah I will do thanks for the advice... was being pulled towards etiz anyways :), Sorting out alot of drugs for new years, getting myself some hydromorphone, pure coke, and some nitrous, already got weed and amphetamine :p

Won't take them all in one night don't worry :D

if you have not already taken / get the easily available to you. Etiz is available in the 1mg pill (which is effective for taking the edge of a stim run) yeah if you take a few more you will fall asleep if that is your choice.

A lot of us would have a different fave benzo (I personally like Lorivan) Yes I take more Diaz as its simply easier to get (For me).

I'm pretty sure this was discussed recently but does anyone else get weird dreams/ nightmares from etiz?

I have read that some people do have weird dreams on etiz... don't recall reading about nightmares though, I had extreme nightmares when I was little... from the damn MSG.. mainly in pringles! ; so I have a tolerance for nightmares... I can handle them, though I haven't had a nightmare that I can remember for many many years

i had really vivid violent nightmares for about a week when taking etiz. I was also using kava kava root and valarian root which can cause vivid dreams so who knows if it was just the etiz.

For comedowns long-acting benzos are the best choice, you shouldn't stare too much at the half-life (diazepam has a duration of 7-8 hours). Short-acting benzos are generally better suited for acute anxiety or panic attacks when you need a fast onset (e.g. alprazolam). Long-acting benzos are generally more sedating, relaxing and hypnotic which is what most people need for a comedown. Etiz is too short acting for comedowns IME, besides there are long-acting legal alternatives like Diclazepam (decent) and Flubromazepam (excellent) too.

Valium out of the question? you know what half life amphetamine has? VALIUM IS answer nr1

The hypotic effects last like 1 hour, you wont feel it after. Its best of the best. Its just perfect.

If you take xanax, it wears off and you wake up. valium my friend trust me.

If you don't manage to get your hands on e.g. flunitrazepam and may be able to sleep through much of the comedown, diazepam (or clonazepam) would be the benzo of choice.
