Someone told me that different benzos have different profiles, so that its possible to become dependent on 2 different types of benzo (although there is cross tolerance aswell). Was that just bullshit ? It didnt sound right to me at the time. Etizolam still works for anxiety, but as far as sleep goes it's done for. Ive ordered some phenazepam as that seems to be a much more heavy duty knock out type of benzo though of course its all dose related. It's so cheap as well, about 1 tenth of the price of etiz powder weight for weight.
If yiouyoi syuee my7 tyupoping strtuart detreotrtng afgain orver teh nesxty frwew weeerdskd youfll kmopw whgy.
I did go absolutely mad for it first time i got hold of it i loved it, and that really fucked me up badly. As far as i can tell there was no permanent damage ( i had my stupid moments before the phen so cant blame that). I managed to be more sensible on my 2nd order, and should be able to do the same on my 3rd order.
I always though Ashton was a bloke for some reason. But its Dr Heather Ashton eh. Well done whatever for your manual Mrs.
MM: Yeah my times of getting up and going to bed are part of the problem. It's a vicious circle, if you cant get to sleep then its hard to get up early the next day, and that makes it hard to sleep again that night. I got up at 9 today, if i can stick to that, or preferably 8, then im sure that will help a bit.
I took 2 concentrated valerian root tablets last night. That did the trick. I think the key is gonna be to try to rotate different things to avoid huge tolerances.
