"E" stop sign pills

These pills have been going around Southern California for a few weeks with mixed results. They are white, octagonal shapped with an "E" stampped on them.
Some people say they are the best they have ever had. Some say that they are okay? I tested mine and it turned black within three seconds. My question is why people are experiencing these with such a variations in trips. I personally didn't think they were all that good. Some others in our group who took them said they were incredible. We roll in moderation, so it's not even that any one of us has an extremely higher tollerance level.
Any help would be appreciated.

i got some the octagons too and I'm Louisiana. They look very nice and i too have heard mixed results, i haven't done it since this summer i'm hoping for the best, sometimes pressing them isn't perfect from the chemist. So one could have less or none compared to the others checkout pillreport.com and you'll see what i mean.
