e question and mixing it with speed

has anyone ever tried the red rolex e yet? I have it but am debating if its the real MDMA. Also, is it bad to combine speed with e or does it depend on what kind of e it is? I had one last night at an after hours and it made me perspire so much by sitting down. It was a strong peak that lasted for a good 4 hours or more.
