E and workout supplements

I know it is probably very specific to what supplements you are taking but are there any threads out there or does anybody know of any workout supplements that should absolutely be avoided with E and how long should you stop taking the supplements before dropping? I.e. Creatine, Glutamine, Vasecor etc.?

Seriously can no one help me with this? Even point me to any kind of past thread or info?
 
Im not aware of any info in the directory but maybe if you try a search for those things specifically in this forum then you might get lucky.

I seem to rem,ember others asking.
 
I might avoid creatine when using ecstasy just because of how much it dehydrates you and the strain it would put on kidney function. Glutamine might also be bad because, if I am not mistaken, it is the pre-cursor for glutamate; which acts as an excitatory transmitter and in high levels can cause seizure like activity in conjunction with stimulants. I am speculating on the glutamine and could very well be wrong but I am fairly confident in my assessment of the risk of using creatine and ecstasy. I hope this helps and sorry there is not more concrete information out there.
 
If you are trying to gain size or build strength, then keep your MDMA usage to a minimum. It can break down muscle. Also, you need your chow and sleep to build muscle -- things you are deprived of when you use.

My results at the gym improved drastically after I reduced my usage and eventually gave the drug up.

....strange though, I was able to work out so much harder the days after I used, with little results to show for it.
 
Thanks for the reply's all. Yeah I figure I am just going to lay off everything supplemental for a week before I drop, it will be my first time rolling in a couple of years and if nothing else, I don't want anything to impact the roll~not to mention being dangerous!
