E and Uppers combos theory

Okay everyone this is just a theory I've come up with. I have thought about this a long time and I have never seen anyone mention this.Im posting this here rather than the e forum because this is where I see alot of people talking about these combinations.
Presuming one has done their E homework, you would know that the brain damage that can be caused by e is due to dopamine getting into the seratonin transporters* when the seratonin runs out.
Now, uppers, like coke or meth, appear to trigger massive amounts of dopamine.
So, wouldn't you think that if one were to roll, and then do any uppers, the chance of permanent brain damage to be severly increased?
Of course, you could try to take some prozac to counter this, but I personally wouldn't do this at all.
I'm sure this has been thought of before, I just have never seen mention of it, and search isn't workin for me right now.

how about taking E after meth comedown, surely dopamine is very low, i suspect a really relaxt E-trip cause you will have primarely serotonine action ??? and the comedown ..... ?

The idea that MDMA neurotoxicity is due to "dopamine getting into the seratonin transporters when the seratonin runs out" is NOT NECESSARILY TRUE! This is indeed one of the theories proposed a few years ago, which Dancesafe decided to put up as fact. Personally I think the evidence points more towards a role for toxic MDMA metabolites causing the damage -- see the HQ&A archives for a discussion.
Still, taking uppers with MDMA will further increase your body temperature, which is known to exacerbate MDMA toxicity -- so yeah, it ain't that great of an idea.
