E and driving

Driving is difficult after a rave rather I roll or not.
I have driven while rolling but only really on the come down.
We almost always pop after the car is parked.
I'm usually so exhausted by the end of the night from dancing and such I make a buddy drive.

rolling and driving at low to medium doses is easy. go near 200mg and its just stupid, ^^ this.

Yea seriously don't drive while rolling. If you have started to come down you should be fine, but if you are still in the peak and rolling pretty hard you probably can't even walk in a straight line let alone drive a car properly.

Bad. I was with a dude from BL we were all rolling... First he ran over a bunny then later in the city he blew through two red lights. On the highway went over the line but luckily not a lot of people. He had 600mg of sass though...long story and crazy amount but yeah crazy night..never again. This was back in april I believe.

It's a dangerous, stupid idea- and from a completely selfish standpoint, it kills the roll to know you'll have to "sober up" in a few hours and run the risk of getting pulled over and arrested, even if you don't harm anyone.

I treat rolling like a special event, I don't skimp on expenses like cabs and cover charge. I see the best DJ's at the best venues, get the best tables and only invite people I really care about...nothing is nicer than the comfort of knowing we will all be safe and not have to put ourselves or others at risk, we can cab it home and continue the party at home.

This exactly!!
I mean seriously if you have 10-12 buddies you can even get a limmo pretty cheap split up between all of you all.

MDMA high is a bit different then other drugs. A normal 120 mg doss wont mess up your cog abilities, I would say if you were rolling and raving all night its probably not a good idea, but if for some reason you were to be rolling well rested and driving would not make much of a difference. Also I know quite a few people that drive 2 hours to raves and then drive 2 hours back to their home towns, these raves usually end at 4-6 am. Never known any one that has been in a crash within 6 hours of rolling but I would not do it myself.

I've driven whilst rolling, and whilst on low doses it may not seem like it effects you, shit it even seems like it makes you better. Long story short I had to pull over halfway home and sleep it off. It's so hard to drive safe when all you can focus on is the fast music blaring out.

But yeah, couple being on powerful drugs, along with this fake confidence and you have a recipe for disaster.

I've driven a few times while rolling and it's not fun, I can't help but to dance when I'm rolling and trying to car dance while I'm driving is horrible, plus it kills a roll pretty well.

I've never had an accident, or even came close to having one, but I also drive a big lifted jeep that doesn't go much over 60mph so I can't go too fast in it which helps. In my buddies beamer when he rolls and drives we will look at the speedo and be upwards of 90-100mph sometimes and not even realize it. It's a really stupid and dangerous thing to do IMO and I am speaking from experience.

We've been fortunate in not having any accidents but I don't plan to ever do it again just because it's way too easy to go extremely fast and not realize what you're doing. We got pulled over once in Hawaii doing 70 in a 35 and in Hawaii you can be charged with attempted vehicular manslaughter if you're 30 over the limit. He got lucky and the prosecutor knocked it down to 60 in a 35 and just gave him a $400 fine but that was close enough for us to quit it.

Although I agree that your response times and cognitive capabilities are not greatly impaired I still think it's a bad idea to get behind the wheel during and after the roll.
In this country a driver who had been rolling hit a couple of pedestrians. He was crucified by the press and got a very severe jail sentence. Don't let that be you.

I think the idea that E doesn't impair your driving is ludicrous! Jesus I sometimes don't recognise people I was just talking to or wander into the wrong toilets in clubs! Of course it affects your driving. You do not want to be driving whilst off your tits. It's insanely dangerous and if you kill someone you'll have to live with that for the rest of your life. Not cool.

I would never do it or ride as a passanger in a car where someone is driving. I truly believe that the "magic" is kept alive by the setting of the roll. Adding any unnecessary anxiety to the scene is going to kill it for that particular session and even future ones. So dangerous.

Forget the roll POV, it is a stupid and reckless action, who gives a rats ass if you don't care about your life, but what happens when you injure an innocent bystander/ pedestrian. How about a mate? Would you like to make the phone call to your mates family to explain what happened? Think about other peoples lives rather than your own for a second. Very silly idea.

i attempted to drive once while i was rolling. can honestly say it was one of the more frightening experiences in my life. i drove about 200 yards before pulling over as i realized how dangerous it was... as i was double visioned and had NO judgement skills whatsoever i am sure i made the right idea... cant see how anyone can do it
