E and coumadin

OK, first time here, certainly a ton of information here. I am hoping someone can help me.
I currently take Suboxone and coumadin. I am going on a vacation that is basically great music and a lot of drinking, however not sure how great it is to drink on the coumadin as my INR levels are a pain in the ass to get level so far.
SOOO..I was wondering if I could take E while taking the meds I take. Will it work as Subox does block opiates, and is it safe for blood clots (lungs)??

Any help would be very much appreciated!! Have been looking forward to this vacation all year and had a surgery in Oct with complications so here I am, trying to still have fun without killing myself.lol

Suboxone will not stop you rolling or getting the effects from stims.

Coumadin is another story - it wont block the roll but isnt used to thin the blood? If you have problems with blood pressure/clotting etc then you have to understand that taking any drug could be dangerous.

If your going to be using then you really need to watch the amounts and make sure your not getting into any piperazine / stims in general as these can play havoc with your blood pressure.

Im really not sure about why your clotting or really what INR levels mean (well apart from international normalised Ratio) so I really couldnt say one way or the other.

One thing though - if your clubbing and dancing the risks would (IMHO) but a lot higher due to your body heating up and liquids being lost - resulting in 'thicker' blood and then you can just imagine the problems if you already have problems.

Have a quick read up on Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation as this may be relevant.
