Hi everybody

first of all i like to add that i have read the guide to antibiotics and mdma, but dindt really get a full answer to my question, so I hope you guys dont mind if i ask it here..

I got precibed amoxcilin for my sinusite infection.
Doctor said i have to take 3 tablets of 1g a day.
Today *tuesday* i started with a tablet..

Im planning on rolling this saturday at a hardstyle event. Now I have already read it is not recommended to roll on this antibiotic, but Im going to do it anyways cuz ive been waiting so long for that night. I would like to know if I should stop using the antibiotic right NOW or just a couple of days before the event, like friday or so.. I have got 4 150mg pills for that night.

The main thing I want to know is that how long will the antibiotic be in your system after taking it?
Would you recommend to not take so much in one evening, even if I stopped the course?

Help and information would be so much appriciated cause I want to have a safe and fun night.

The following antibiotics have the potential to be dangerous, because they inhibit one of the enzymes (CYP34A) that breaks down MDMA. Thus, you should be cautious (consider taking a 1/2 dose of MDMA) if you are taking one of these antibiotics. Antibiotics with a (*) indicate that people have rolled on this antibiotic safely -- though it is still recommended that you be careful with these.

amoxicillin *
clarithromycin
doxycycline (common acne med) *
erythromycin
ketoconazole* (but person experienced a very strong, long roll - proceed with caution!)
lansoprazole
primaquine
tetracycline*
troleandomycin


Also, 4 150mg pills = 600mg mdma

That is way too much mdma for just one night to consume!
It is harmful to consume that much, you are likely to suffer worse side effects then
 
DO NOT stop taking a medicine that you NEED to fight off an infection, just because you want to get high.

You wont get better this week at all, and then when you roll your immune system will be lowered further, and you'll be in a much worse place. More events will always come around, you only have one body.

Just wait.


That being said, you'll need a week at the very least, and probably 2 before the drug is out of your system. Also dont take 4 150mg pills (tested Ill assume) in a night, thats way too much. Your maximum dose should really be 300mgs, and thats still too high.

I think it was Shuglin who said not to go over 200mgs
