E after a week break?

Not a constant mdma user have been away from it for a year and only did it last week. Wish to do it again today or this weekend just because I have it sitting around will it effect well or no? Not trying to wait to long!

I think that sounds fine, so long as you don't make a regular habit of weekly dosing, or take excessive amounts in an evening.

There is no need to pre load or post load if your not making it a regular habit. You should expect to feel rough for a few days after but if you stay hydrated, don't mix with a load of alcohol or other drugs then it will pass.

Yes, ascorbate salts (vitamin C -- the actual vitamin)

Take 500/1000 mg in 6-8 oz juice/water every hour for 6 hours prior to dropping, do the same on the way down

can cause loose stool, but so can drugs
