This is a common brand of cough pills in Taiwan. It's manufactured by Shionogi. The ingredients are supposedly DXM and "K-cresol" (which I'm guessing is potassium cresolsulfonate because it's an expectorant). The name isn't listed in English, but I'm guessing it's Medicon-A, which is the only one they list with these ingredients (K-cresol isn't very commonly found in cough medicines). In this case, it will also contain lysozyme chloride. I'm only worried about the K-cresol. Does anyone know anything about its possible dangers?
