Misc DXM Tolerance???

SWIM came to me, and confided in me that he had been taking no lower than 320 mg of dextromethorphan for 5 days straight. on the fifth day, he took 660 mg and felt nothing. He wants to know why that is. Surely his tolerance could not have built that fast. he is not on any ssri's.
 
we don't swim here

and taking DXM for 5 days in a row will definitely make you develop a tolerance. dxm does not suddenly and mysteriously stop working for no reason
