Dxm then MDMA

How long should one wait after taking a therapeutic dose of DXM to consume MDMA?

I'm talking 60mg at 5 this morning and I may drop tonight at 9 (16 hours later.)

I wouldnt reccommend it, I'd give atleast 24 as I'd be concerned with catching serotonin syndrome.
just read something similar on here that said 72 hours so I'd play it safe and skip it.

Sounds like a low dose why even take the dxm if you know your rolling?...

I've seen some one with ss and it was some scary shit to help with, can't imagine it first person.

For benzo/opiate tolerance reduction/prevention.

I didn't end up rolling, BTW. I've done enough research on SS to know how nasty it can be.
