I'll look past your obviously tenuous grasp of the English language, and even your obvious lack of the skills necessary for a debate, leaving me with the question of why. Why do you say this? Surely you can at least justify your own statement. I'm unclear on why you'd even make such a statement with nothing to back it up.

I've done what I suggested multiple times. I took DXM probably thirty times over a three month period. I'm fine now. I was fine then.
In the future, at least explain WHY you say something.
 
alrigh this is lame but its been 2 hours since my first dose of 300 mg and 1 1/2 hours since my second 150 mg dose and I havnt felt anything. whats up with this?

You mentioned earlier your last big trip was 600mg, personally I find it extremely difficult to drop my dose with DXM - last time I tried a low dose trip was 300mg with Codeine and weed to boost it and only got extremely subtle effects. Your dose of 450mg is a fair bit higher so I would be expecting something - but not much.
 
oh yea the stuff I used takes longer than normal to kick in (zicam max melts) still trippin now but I still havnt gotten visuals both time I did 600 mg no visuals just weightless and a lil' numb in the mouth.
 
Ok so, obviously I was wrong with my math. I figured that ONE bottle of robo liquid was equal to ONE bottle of cough gels... I always thought that the gels never did anything to me, because I only took 20. where can I get Zicam? Is it in walmart and cvs also?
 
I tried this. I did a whole bottle with no previous tolerance. Pretty good trip. Tastes vile, but its so little. Also its so strong and concentrated it numbs your tongue/throat. Weird sensation, but does the trick.

P.S. Peanut butter will help the taste go away faster. Milk...not so much.
 
equate cough tablets. something like 30/30mg tablets for 5bucks. also its EASY to extract on.
 
DXM - What are the hangover effects?

Hi Guys,

I am going to try DXM - Robitussin DX 200ml bottle soon. I ordered it off the internet.

I have an exam a week from today, and I am weighing up weather I should risk trying it. What are the burn-out effects like. I am a regular drinker and can handle having a night out around exams without too much hassle, but perhaps DXM is a different story - If I don't want to bomb myself out the next day, what would be a reasonable dose?
 
imo: 300-400mg is a solid low dose, which should be fun and allow you to function the next day. if you go further with it, it's going to be more stressful and leave you with baggage to sort out ... and you'll burn out language and memory temporarily. with high dose you could also get into other stupid shit unwittingly and mess up your plans for the week.

you know about doing a test dose first to check enzymes right?
 
If you are trying it for the first time, I would not do 300-400mg of DXM. 200mg sounds fine, it is a nice high first/low second plateau dose. It should get you a light floating feeling, minor CEVs, euphoria, slight body numbness, and introspective mindset.
Make sure that Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is the only active ingredient in the syrup. If you have any other active ingredients, for example guafinesin, you could puke your guts out for hours or other adverse effects could be possible.
The hangover from 200mg of DXM, after 12 hours, is almost nothing. You should only feel semi out-of-place and reflective on your trip. You will be able to go to school after about 6 hours of sleep. Some minor pupil dilation the next day, but noone will notice.

Unless of course you're one of those that don't produce the enzyme to break it down properly, and then you'll not be well at all and you'll feel worse the following day.
 
BEWARE: The taste of Zicam will forever haunt you.

Zicam Max is the only way to use DXM. It tastes terrible because they use only DXM and menthol. However it is much better than other syrups and pills because it is less than an ounce of liquid (honestly if you're looking to hit 2nd plateau or less you only need half a bottle of zicam max - so thta makes it only .33 ounes or something like that)
 
this may be a stupid question... BUT... all i've been into is snorting dilaudid and i've been interested in DXM. i know that "highs" differ from person to person, but compared to dillys, what's the high like?

if you like opiates, you should introduce yourself to dxm by using a little bit of dxm with your dilaudid. it basically makes the high into a "super opiate". i think it is my favorite drug combo of all time (morphine and dxm). you start feeling like your body is floating on a warm cloud, and music becomes ultra enhanced - it's like music generates more opiate euphoria. pretty ridiculously cool. but it has a chance of decreasing your breathing, so you should watch out for that.

dxm on its own at high dosages isnt really like opiates too much. it's more of a falling down through a dark warm hole. the body feeling is similar to opiates, for me, but it's more numbing and less buzzing, if that makes sense. it also messes you up more in public than opiates. . at high dosages it becomes really psychedelic, you lose track of what's going on, and you eventually sink deep into a deep mental place where everything is numb, and you get visuals and feelings of merging with a white light.


as far as zicam. it's the best way to do dxm. . i consider it the luxury way of consuming dxm, because it's so motherfucking expensive ($8 or so for a single spray cylinder where im from). it hits *fast* and *hard*, especially if you drink it. i like it because it offers a way of controlling how high you get very easily. let's say i'm at 1st plateau for a few hours and then i want to go to 3rd or 4th. i just spray 50 more sprays or so and 15 minutes later im getting a fast elevator ride down to the next level of abyss. then again. for people who are into the extreme rushes, just pounding a couple of the canisters as liquid form is probably one of the craziest rushes that's out there, legal or illegal. this way, i usually reach the peak of the high in about 45-60 minutes (less than half the time from the gelcaps, my 2nd preferred method)

thank u so much for the VERY useful advice. i thought i was about to lose my dilaudid scrips, but i got a new one today. i'm always looking to enhance the high... as are most people here i would think.

i totally know what you mean about the "high feelings" you described. so i'm pretty sure the pharmacy in my town has zicam, so i'm gonna grab some while i'm there tomorrow and i'll keep you posted on how it goes.

Will DXM safely/pleasantly combine with Kanna?

I generally do DXM once or twice every week or 2 and planned to do 3-700 mg tomorrow night and I've got a bag of ground Kanna sitting around that I wondered if I could safely combine with the Dex. Some websites describe Kanna as an SSRI though it doesn't feel like one to me at all. I know it's dangerous to combine SSRI's with DXM and assume there would be a risk of Serotonin Syndrome. So I guess if there's any chance Kanna is SSRI-like I prob. shouldn't gamble with trying even a little bit of it on top the DXM. I don't expect any of you will be familiar enough with the effects of Kanna and its pharmacology to give me advice. I'd expect people will just chew me out for considering trying a potentially risky combo and think I'm some stupid guinea pig.
