DXM, should I be pullin out my epi-pen?

I've used this same DXM syrup + hydroxyzine before.
This time my neck is hot, red and itchy as hell. The anti-histamine seems to be failin IMO.
Should I take more or should I be gettin ready to use my epi-pen? No other problems. Breathin fine & feelin good.
EDIT: Threw up, feelin better and typin one eyed lol.
First time I threw up on DXM tho. Was weird.

yeah, my friends always bust on me because I'm the "canary in the coal mines" of the group for the DXM come-up...when that shit starts creeping in, my face/neck/chest get so goddamn red I can draw pictures on my skin when I drag my finger across it.

so yeah...also in for answers of how normal this is...

DXM gives me double vision so I spend a good chunk of time trippin with one eye open.

Heh -- double vision is pretty standard fare for dissociatives. They block NDMA mediated communications both between the brain and body and within different sub-sections of the brain. Makes it hard to coordinate the the orientation of things like eyes. I'm a bit surprised at the (seeming) allergic reactions. I have a hyperactive immune system myself and don't have this reaction to DXM, though others have noted a DXM "itch," not unlike opiates (which DXM has a mirror-ish relationship with structurally).

Would absolutely not use an epi-pen with it. Yuck.
