DXM question

i am going to try dxm for the first time but i'm currently staying with my grandma (she just had a major surgery and she can't afford a personal nurse/helper) and was wondering could i just take the dxm and turn off my lights and liftoff and not cause any commotion or loud noises and i'll just be chilled out or would i go insane loud and scream?

When I first found DXM I was 17 and lived in the basement with my parents and 7 siblings. No one ever caught on, you usually just lay there with your eyes closed hallucinating.
 
Your using the perfect drug for that type of thing. Use 100 to 200 mgs depending on weight for your first time. If anything you will be suspiciously quiet haha
 
What kind of surgery did she have? If it's nothing too complicated and your not required to be assisting here 24/7 then during the night would be a good time to do it when everything is quiet and safe anyways. If your supposed to be caring for her during the day don't do it when she might need you.

Otherwise it should all go well. DXM shouldn't make you belligerent or loud. You definitely have the right idea in mind, lay down at night in the dark with your eyes closed and let your imagination run free. Music would be a great tool to guide you through the trip. As far as dosing goes I would check out http://www.dextroverse.org/whatis.html and go to the bottom of the page to use the dosing calculator. Usually a good solid first experience will be somewhere within the second plateau. Most first timers go best at up to a single bottle of 'Robitussin Maximum Cough Gels' (300mgs) with DXM as the ONLY active ingredient (look at the back of the box!)
