DXM Question

I recently decided to take DXM for my second time. I took around 180MG(180ML) as a starting dose as it is only my second time in doing so. The cough medicine I have ingested contains 1000MG of Acetaminophen per 30ML of cough medicine. My question is about the acetaminophen and the nausea and stomach aches that are starting to occur or may occur later. Would it be recommended to take some kind of pepto to help with these or would it fuck up the trip or be a bad combination. Also is this large of a acetaminophen dose bad for someone who barely drinks and has a good liver condition(My weight is 150 Lbs. if that helps) I also realize that I will have a starting stomach ache for ingesting the cough medicine in the first place.

Thanks for the input, I understand what your saying and I wouldn't of done it if it wasn't the only dxm source I had at the moment. Next time i'm definitely going to be looking for dxm only cough medicines/pills.

I think you just murdered your liver with 6 grams of APAP

yeah, 6 grams of APAP is what the FDA allows in 36 hours. In one dose that is FAR too much. You need to find DXM without APAP and that's the ONLY safe advice we can give you.

You aren't going to die from 6 grams of APAP but it is still very unsafe.
