DXM + Pupil Dilation? Help?

I am a somewhat heavy DXM user, usually using two times a week, and in rare occasions, three times in a week. I usually do doses of about 500mg-700mg, combined with cannabis and sometimes DPH. I am mostly a weekend user, dosing on Friday and Saturday nights as I don't want my drug involvements to interfere with my regular life.

What I have noticed lately that my pupils are very haphazard; sometimes they are very small, other times they are as large as dimes. It doesn't seem to matter how long ago I used DXM, even 5 days after using the last time I still noticed that my pupils were HUGE. On two different occasions now, my co-workers asked about my eyes, after they noticed how fucking huge they were. It's becoming a problem; What if everyone thinks that I'm a hardcore stoner or something? No!! This cannot happen. Is there any way to prevent or help pupil dilation? I need help, fellas.

I'm not positive on why it's doing that days after. Do you where corrective contacts? You can say the solution your contacts are in have pupil dilation chemicals or something if it becomes a problem? Or your medication causes it. Not sure mate. Hope you get the help you need :)

Well DXM causes mydriasis through its antagonism of NMDA glutamate receptors if I'm not mistaken. Taking an NMDA agonist would likely reverse the effect but there aren't really easily accessible agonists but Aspartic acid might be able to reverse the effect. Also, glutamate is found in high levels in kelp (and vegemite, if you live in Australia by chance).

Obviously, opioids will also probably cause some constriction but I wouldn't recommend picking up that habit.

Maybe consider taking a break from the DXM? It would help more than your pupil dilation!

Thanks for the intel, fellas. Another strange DXM effect that I've noticed is that when I know that I'm going to use DXM in a few hours, I begin to feel slight effects, even before I use the substance. I try to tell myself that it's just placebo, but the feeling just won't go away. Nearly every time I use DXM, I get this effect. Anyone else experience this? Btw, I'm not on any anti-depressives, anti-psychotics, etc.

I haven't taken high doses of DXM for 5+ years but I'm pretty sure that's not normal to experience the saucers for days after use. DXM alone doesn't cause dilation, in some preparations there is additional ingredients like chlorpheniramine maleate which will cause dilation.

I've only experienced the effects before dosing with 2C's. Maybe it's your body preparing to deliver an alien baby?!

It's weird because my eyes ALWAYS get really dilated only at certain times. They almost always get super dilated at work, bad enough for co-workers to ask me about it. It's so weird.

Serotonin syndrome?

I don't think it's Serotonin Syndrome. I don't really feel like the DXM lasts forever, I am usually 100% back to normal in 16-24 hours. And this has been going on for months, I don't think Serotonin Syndrome usually lasts that long.
