DXM products in the UK

Thread resurrection time, i've been looking into DXM (i am from the UK) and the internet tells me that the best/most available DXM-containing syrups are as follows:
Benylin Dry Cough Original: 150ml - 195mg DXM + 420mg DPH. Also contains 2mg Levomenthol per 5ml, but i don't think a few hundred milligrams of mint-extract will be a problem.
Benylin Dry Cough Non-Drowsy: 150ml - 225mg DXM
Robitussin Dry Cough: 100ml - 150mg DXM - 250ml - 375mg

So far my plan is to buy one of the Benylin Original bottles (for the DPH, some people in this thread don't realise the value of an anti-histamine during a DXM trip, apparently the synergy is fantastic and side-effects of the DXM such as robo-itch are diminished) and one of the Non-drowsy bottles from another store. (coincidentally this produces a delicious beverage containing 420mg apiece of DXM + DPH, fuck 300/300.)

I wanted to ask (from fellow UK-fags who actually have experience buying DXM-containing cough syrup), are these the only-size bottles of Benylin/Robitussin? And does a 420/420 sound like too much for a first timer to both substances?

While an Antihistamine is very bloody useful while on DXM (I get terribly itchy also! 8( ), to have that much Diphenhydramine will cause some lovely delirium from it, which for some reason I cannot fathom, people take such large doses recreationally.
And deliriants are definitely the worst of substances to try gain recreational content from :|

I would suggest you get some of the Dry Cough Non-Drowsy and / or Robitussin Dry Cough (with just DXM in) and perhaps some then one with some DPH in it. But don't take any more than 100-150mg of DPH;

Well, i did it - found myself one bottle of Benalyn Dry Cough Original 150ml, and one Dry Cough Non-Drowsy 150ml.
Drank the bottle of Original, waited about 30-45mins, drank the other. Very little nausea, which i was glad about, but i quickly became very very sleepy (mmm DPH). I only remember about an hour of lucidity while the visuals/hallucinations kicked in (patterning of a bizarre variety, weird floating cobweb creatures), then i just sorta slipped into a waking dream state in which i was going about checking out the hallucinations and speaking in tongues to inanimate objects. This continued from about 2am to 6am, when my family started waking up.
My brother woke up to me clutching the headrest of my bed speaking what apparently sounded like fluent German (i don't know German), i told my sister i'd punch her in the ovaries, i tried to roll a joint out of toilet paper etc. etc. Snapped out of it in bed not long after 9am thinking i'd gone to bed shortly after dosing and mentally abused myself for wasting a trip.
A fucked up night, next time i won't be doing 420 of both - i really didn't think about how delirious i would become, and i'm glad i didn't cause any harm to myself, my house or my folks.
Don't know if it's just luck but i didn't even get robo-shits (although i suppose there's plenty of things i could've done that night that i'll probably never remember).
 
^lol. Nothing like a bit of tripping ovary punching threats.

I have some DXM powder in my possession but am a little worried about trying it due to reports just like yours!
