DXM potentiation of opiates

20 mg of oxycodone gives me a nice buzz, or 2 mg of suboxone insufflated. Tonight will be on 20 mg of oxycodone plus 7.5 mg of hydrocodone and 500 mg APAP. How much DXM should be taken to potentiate this? I may be drinking a little (like one or two drinks, none if I already feel messed up), but I don't think 500 mg APAP is enough to worry about immediate liver problems, especially if I only do it this just once. (Just got the lone pill left from a CWE, don't want to lose any doing another.)

edit: male, 6', 155 - 165 lbs, have taken recreational (~700 mg, most was 933 or something) doses of dxm several time in the past but not recently.

Do about 50mg. I'd avoid drinking though - you're already combining opiates, as well as potentiating DXM, which is enough factors to make it slightly unpredictable. Once you gauge how you feel off of it, then you can start mixing it with other stuff, but better not to risk it if it's your first time comboing and potentiating.

T + 90 min - 7.5 mg hydrocodone / 650 mg APAP
T 2.5 hrs - feeling the 7.5 a little, which in and of itself was shocking. 20 mg of oxy down the hatch (after a brief scare when the fourth pill rolled away, yikes! got it though, unfortunately after looking through the trash [it wasnt there]). Here's to a good night.
T + 3 hours - I'm kinda feelin 1 mg of ativan or .5 mg of kpin, but will hold off for now. How long does oral oxy take to "peak"?
