DXM on Lexapro, Increase or Decrease Effects?

I have been on Lexapro (SSRI Anti-depressant) for a few months now, and I really want to try DXM again because I have taken a tolerance break for some time. My question is will taking DXM while I'm on this med increase or decrease the effects of the DXM? or will it not affect the intensity at all? Please don't remind me about the dangers of serotonin syndrome, I am well aware of it. I just need to know how it will affect the effects Thx in advance.

I came in here to warn about the dangers (eg serotonin syndrome) but it looks like you're already aware of them. Im sorry I dont have an answer for you but please tread with caution this sounds pretty sketchy to me.

this is a combonation i would strongly, strongly advize against..... bad mix straight up. im leaning towards the side of dont even think of it
