DXM on full stomach

Is it a waste? Or will it simply take longer to hit? Everyone always says not to take anything orally on a full stomach, but wouldn't this only slow the absorption? I mean, it's still the same amount of the same drug, right?

It'll take a reall long time and need much more to hit you. If you have a full stomach, i would recommend around 900mg of DXM for a 2nd plateau trip, good luck

It will take a bit longer to kick in but you'll still get the dosage. I wouldn't raise your dose that much more (if at all) on a full stomach.

The only real difference will be the intensity and speed of the onset.

even on a full stomach 900mg is gonna be more than a 2nd plateau, trust me I would know I've taken DXM on a full stomach, empty stomach and everywhere in between.

I've taken DXM on a full stomach a couple of times with no notable differences apart from the obvious delay in time it takes it hit you. But, yes, some (most in my experience) drugs get shittier with food in your stomach, haha.
