DXM nausea help

heller.
im a pretty experienced drug user, but i have a very weak stomach.
annnd im bored out of my mind and am out of everything except 2 bottles of robo gel caps.
the problem is, i cant ever keep them down. once i start trippin i get dizzy and just puke everywhere.
would it be safe/smart to take some promethazine before my trip to help stop the nausea?
or anything else?

Due to the rules here I can't give specific details but it is fairly easy to obtain pure DXM from over the counter cough syrups. Most DXM Nuasea is caused by the fillers and random crap inside the syrup, caps (Sorbitol) also some people are alergic to red dye #40 or yellow dye #5 which is the main cause of "roboitch" if you want to avoid these nasty things then look into extracting the dxm it is much better on your body not eating all those crap additives anyways.
 
Most of the time the nausea I only get from the gels. I got it once from Delsym the other day, but that was a first for me with any syrup.

If you can extract, go ahead, or you can also take one or two Benadryls a bit before you swallow the DXM.
