DXM interactions and potentiation

How to potentiate 2nd platue trip, of about 300mg DXM with cetirizine?
What is the dose of cetirizine one should take, how and to what extent is it expected to potentiate the trip?

The other thing is DXM with piracetam. What should be expected on DXM 300mg with Piracetam 2400mg and Lecithin 3600mg (as choline source for piracetam)?

I would be careful with combining cetirizine. It probably doesn't cause a interaction, but becareful with taking anti-histamines/allergy medication. Considering there are many warnings about taking stimulant like anti-histamines with DXM and that cetirizine is related to piperzines, I wouldn't touch it while dosing DXM.

Just take some grapefruit juice before your dose or just dose more DXM.
