Last night I got hold of two bottles of CVS brand Non-Drowsy Tussin Cough Liquigels (300 mg in total each), and in anticipation for a 3rd plateau trip, downed both entire bottles. Keep in mind, I took a second plateau dose the day before, and honestly wanted to stay sober for the night, but I was too excited to pass up the opportunity and wanted to learn more of myself. Well, I started feeling some effects about 40 minutes after downing all the liquigels and eventually went to my bed, where I closed my eyes and laid down. Due to an intense urge to socialize, I hopped on discord and called up a friend, said "hey" and then proceeded to crawl to the edge of my bed and vomit. I don't remember much of what I said to my friend, but I do remember that as I was speaking with him I vomited two times more on my pillow and the bottom of my bed, where my feet were when I failed to make it to the edge in time. Anyway, I got very annoyed with him and left the call, leaving me all to myself. At this point, I was laying in my own vomit and felt sick, so I just shut my eyes and tried to sleep, but couldn't.
Throughout the time I was in my bed, I kept asking myself why I "do this to myself" and kept repeating the same course of motions, which consisted of me sitting my upper body up and moving it back down to lay on my back, then turning to the right to lay in the fetal position over and over again. I had no open-eye hallucinations, no strobing in vision, but just wanted it to all be over with, because the movements I repeated made me feel as if I was stuck in a nightmare. Eventually I stumbled out of bed and walked to my mother's room, where I then proceeded to climb into her bed and awoke her(mother and father are divorced, so she sleeps alone). I laid beside her and told her of how I felt, causing her to turn on the light and check my temperature(which turned out to be incredibly high).
Earlier in the trip, as I was in my bed, I specifically noticed that my head felt incredibly hot too. As I laid in her bed for what felt like an eternity, I drifted in and out of reality. Throughout the entire trip I thought to myself that I caused permanent brain damage and was going to die. She wanted to bring me to the hospital, but I refused to go out of fear that she may discover that I had used cough medicine to get high, so I just told her that I felt sick like I had the flu. Eventually I got my phone and messaged a girl I had known, and sought comfort in texting her about how I felt throughout the trip. After messaging her for what felt like an hour, but was only 3 minutes, my brother arrived home from work to my surprise. My mother spoke with him, which made me discover that all voices echoed in a very strange way, and other voices came to interrupt my thoughts. I then drifted in and out of reality over and over again, and felt as if I had died. Once I finally drifted back into reality, I noticed that all sound experienced strobing, but not my vision. Anyway, I eventually went to try and pee once my mom went to sleep(it was 1 AM at the time!) and walked to the bathroom, noticing just how difficult it was to control my body. As I walked it also seemed as if I had an extremely high FOV. Anyway, once I arrived at the bathroom where all objects appeared strange, in that they seemed either way too big or way too small. After peeing, which was incredibly difficult, I returned to the bed and slept, hoping to wake up to the end of what felt like weeks of tripping.
Awaking at around 3 AM, I felt far better and was left in what I believe to be high second plateau. I returned to my room, laid down, and felt relieved that I was coming down from the trip. I felt far more relaxed, but was still severely dehydrated(forgot to mention that I chugged water while laying in my mother's bed, and literally would not feel it going down my throat). I grabbed a bottle of water, and drifted into a happy land where I could relax, but still wondered if I had caused permanent brain damage or not. In little time I came down to first plateau and was fully relieved, so I tried to sleep but had trouble doing so. After a while I gave up and binge watched youtube videos, which I did until I finally completely recovered. It has now been 2 hours since the full recovery, and I have yet to have a single headache, and I feel incredible. The afterglow is currently very intense, to the point that I still find walking to feel strange, but I am glad to be back in reality.
This leads to a question I have... What I experienced was mid third plateau according to mg/kg(I'm ridiculously skinny, I weigh 115 pounds but am a 5'9 male), but I plan on achieving a mid 4th 1 week from now. FYI, I've only had four trips so far, with 2 being first plateau, this one being third plateau, and the one before last night's being a mid second plateau. Should I give it more time before I try and achieve a 4th plateau trip, or should I just not worry about it? Also, I'm not sure if it's relevant, but the day before I experienced an episode during a mid second plateau trip where I completely forgot how I got outside after walking there, and completely had separation of my mind and body(my body defied what I wanted it to do, for example, walked away from my room when I wanted it to go into my room).
