Opioids DXM + Hydrocodone +alcohol

Hi guys.

A friend has six 10/325 norcos, 15 5mg flexeril, two dailies premixed strawberry daiquiris, and a bottle of dxm-containing cough syrup. She is trying to escape the world for a few hours; she's dealing with a lot of emotional pain. Suggested dosages would be much appreciate

Also note that she has a mild tolerance to the norco. 20 mg doesn't do much

Never take drugs to escape emotional pain, especially not shady downer combinations. If she wants to get high, the hydrocodone is plenty. If 20mg doesnt do much take 30mg.

Can't give you advice on what to do, but for safety's sake:

• Make sure the syrup contains DXM as its only active ingredient.
• She can take hydro+DXM or booze+dxm, but please do not mix all three, it's just too iffy.
• Assuming she has no dissociative tolerance, keep doses of anything combined with the DXM very conservative, she can always take more if need be.
• Skip the cyclobenzaprine, it's just gonna complicate things if she's combining.

Very unsafe combination of drugs. You're mixing CNS depressants with Cyclobenzaprine and taking dxm on top....

Not wise at all.

Next time tell your "friend" to stick to one thing or the other at the proper dosage if she is seeking to "escape".
