Dxm help!

my friend has a variety of cough and cold OTC drugs containing stuff like guaifenesin, Phenylephrine, and doxylamine succinate i've tried looking into it and i can't find anything on how MUCH IS TOO MUCH.

if any one could help and give me a rough estimate on how much it take

Don't take any more than the recommend dosage. There are many products available that only contain DXM as the active ingredient, play it safe and use one of those products instead.

Here's a list of OTC products that only contain DXM as the active ingredient.

None of the drugs you mentioned have any recreational value. Look for one that has dextromethorphane (DXM) as the only active ingredient.

^Exactly. Taking a medication that contains DXM and any of the drugs you listed at a high enough dosage to get recreational effects from the DXM is extremely dangerous.
