DXM Gels / Syrup

taking:
7 caps*15mg DXM caps = 105mg DXM in gel caps
8 doses*10mg DXM syrup = 80mg DXM in syrup
8 doses*100mg Guaifensin = 800mg Guaf in syrup
8 doses*5mg Phenylepherine = 40mg Phenylepherine in syrup

questions:
1) how should i time the dosages of gel caps and syrup, does the syrup dissolve at a different rate than the gel caps? take them at the same time?
2) does 800mg Guaf or 40mg Phenylepherine or 185mg of DXM present any danger mixed with 0.5mg klonopin and about 4 shots of alcohol (no tolerance)

And you really ought to get ones that contain only DXM. 40mg of phenylephrine in a single dose is too much, it will be really unpleasant at best.

yeah, i had 7 pills with DXM only left over from my last time with it, and only have this syrup to add to it. i found a link for a 40mg phenylepherine pill (http://www.drugs.com/imprints/cyp-274-12437.html), what would that dosage feel like? and would a small amount of alcohol counteract any of its negative effects?

just found another 15mg dxm pill, so would 170mg DXM / 25mg Phenylepherine / 500mg Guafensin be more reasonable of a dosage? i am taking the pills first, then 30 minutes later plan on dosing the syrup.

I'll second what dokomo said, if you must get high on DXM, get a product that contains ONLY DXM. I don't really know anything about Phenylepherine but that seems like an awfully high dosage of that stuff. The Guaifenesin on the other hand makes you feel really weird in high doses. My friends and I used to take a lot of DXM(pure powder from internet vendors) when I was younger and when those sources dried up I tried a couple different syrups. And I drank a bottle of Tussin DM(DXM and Guaifenesin) and my body had a really weird buzzing feeling in my skin though out the entire trip that never happened with just pure DXM or syrups containing only DXM.

A couple of syrups that contain only DXM. At least years ago when I took the stuff this is how it was. Read the ingredients on the bottle before consuming to be sure.
Robotussin Cough Extra Strength (Contains only Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide)
Delsym (Contains only Dextromethorphan Polistirex. This is a timed release version of DXM HBr. This was also my favorite syrup, it seemed to have a much smoother mellow trip compared to the immediate release stuff. Also as a plus, since the Polistirex encases the DXM to create the time release, it also completely removes the very nasty taste of DXM.)

Just as a disclaimer. Taking any type of over the counter cough syrup in an attempt to get high is a very bad idea. OTC cough remedies should not be used other than as directed.
