It was about 4am on a Friday night and I had just finished work with the help of a few dexies along the way. I left work and drove up the hill to pick up two of my mates D and Nat. We had originally planned to go to a quarry and stumble around for hours on end but the plan soon changed to my house.
It was about 6.05am by the time we had taken robitussin. I had ¾ of a bottle, D had 2/3 of a bottle and Nat had a ¼. About half an hour later it started to kick in all three of us sat on my bed staring blankly, I was just enjoying that feeling of distortion when D turned to me and said… “Do you wanna go for a walk?” Now I dunno why but for some reason me and D bursted out laughing for no reason at all? As we were Nat was asking me what D said but we were laughing so much it took about five goes just to get the sentence out and by the time I did we were all laughing at going for a walk… this lasted about 15 minutes and we then stumbled up out of my bed and walked down the end of the street where we proceeded to talk about nothing really why D had a smoke we then walked back to my house and sat back on my bed.
After just sitting there I decided we should go somewhere. We all agreed to go play soccer so we got up collected a heap of blankets, pillows and the soccer ball and got in the car. I sat there for a second then… clutch in, put it into reverse hand brake off and off we go. As I was doing so D and Nat were talking, now I got about two metres down my drive way and hand brake up engine off and I sit there starring at my feet, I turn to D and Nat that are looking at me and say…”I cant drive” in a really fast manner we all just burst out laughing once again. We sit there in silence for about five minutes and I start the car again and this time I manage to make it to the end off my street before I turn to them and try and discuss the seriousness of this matter I look at Nat “Now don’t make me laugh…” but that’s as far as I got and we were laughing again sitting in the car at about 6.30am.
We then made it too the oval where we rugged up with jumpers and got the soccer ball after about five minutes of really sad soccer playing we all sat down while Nat called her boyfriend. We then got up and strolled around talking pretty loud and looking pretty f****d up as lots of old people that were walking their dogs walked past us starring. We then sat in the car while we contemplated what to do, as we were doing so D got up and got out of the car and walked behind this little brick building to throw up, Nat went to check if she was ok. D came back with a huge smile on her face it was hilarious. I then dropped D home at about 8.30am and me and Nat went back to my house to sleep.
This was probly my fave DXM trip so far we all had a great time, despite the fact we didn’t do much.
