DXM for Opiate Insufflation Potentiation

I was Wondering if Dxm potentiates opiates when the ROA is insufflation. How exactly DOES Dxm work for potentiation?

Wondering myself as well, would you take the DXM first then opiates or the other way around. & how much Dxm?

I usually take a therapeutic dose (what's recommended on the bottle) 30-45 min before opes. Seems to keep tolerance down a little as well.

I usually Take around 45mg, and wait atleast 45 minutes before taking an opiate.
