I've DXM'd many times before, a ton of first plateau experiences, a couple low seconds, but never a third. I had absolutely nothing to do tonight, I just took 400mg Cemitidine and 10mg oxycodone expecting to get an opiate buzz, ended up getting nothing much at all. So I popped 90mg DXM hoping to potentiate the oxy, but to no avail. I decided I might as well run with this so I nommed down the rest of the gelcaps, totaling just over 200mg. After reading a couple reports I decided I wanted to take it to the next level. So I walked to the store, nabbed another package of gelcaps, and put back all 300mg of it. I also drank two 5 hour energys. I smoked a bowl or two of weed, took 1mg clonazepam, set up a comfortable scene in my room, some good trip hop, and off we went!
I hung out on my computer until I started to feel effects. They were building and building, reaching the first two plateaus, feeling familiar, etc.. As I started to feel more and more intoxicated, I decided it was time to lay down and start this journey. I made my music loud, got under the covers, turned all lights off, and dove into the most intense CEV experience of my life!!
I should mention, though, that at one point as I was coming up, I stood up, got suddenly nauseous, effortlessly and willingly puked, but then immediately felt just fine again. Layed back down and was golden.
There's really no point to doing a time stamp because it was just one strong solid trip the entire time, with no clear beginning or end. I felt completely coherent and all there, just extremely dis-coordinated if I tried to walk. No OEV's to speak of, so I just turned all my lights off. Laying down though, especially after a couple hits of good weed was PERFECT though. At times I felt like I was spinning, not a fast "I'm gunna puke" kinda of spin though. I felt like as if I was on a big rotating platform like you would display a prototype car on. Closing my eyes felt like opening them, and opening felt like they were closed. I opened my eyes and saw darkness, nothing, my ceiling. When I closed them I would see bright light, colors everywhere, and the most vivid display of images and motion, even other entities. The imagery that I saw looked A LOT like the artwork people create from DMT trips. Lots of huge domes with geometry, Tron-looking entities, and computer-generated looking vast landscapes. I seemed to be almost completely in control too. I could visualize anything I wanted to in explicit detail, I could go anywhere, I could be anything. Music sounded absolutely incredible and would give me rushes of euphoria. Every single song that came on would completely entrance me, and felt like a whole new trip every time a new song would come on. As a son would end, I'd feel a 'come down' of sorts, but not a bad one. As the next song would start, I'd feel a 'come up' of sorts, diving head first back into my trip with this new song, and all the new imagery and joy it brings with it! I can't tell if I was falling asleep or not, I don't think I was. It basically would've been like trying to sleep through fireworks. The entire trip lasted for about 6 hours.
All in all, it was an amazing, eventful trip for me even though the trip report is pretty short and boring. The reason being is that the trip had no direction, no enlightenment, nothing in particular that happened, just mind blowing CEV's, like one long dream. I remember I kept thinking to myself "How can my mind be this creative, and this fast on it's own without me doing anything?" The craziest thoughts, images, artwork, patterns, lights, scenes, everything that presented itself to me was amazing. One weird thing though is that I felt like the whole trip was on a conveyor belt, and all these images and thoughts were moving by on this belt, I'd process the thought, see the image, but then as it would pass on the belt I would literally feel it melt and remove itself from my memory, and then even seconds later, as the next thought was coming to me, I would try to remember back at my last thought, and just couldn't do it. Now today, I can't recall a single thing I saw. Freaking weird. It's probably also worth mentioning my heart was racing all night and I didn't like it. Could be due to the two 5 hour energys I drank, not sure.
Woke up today with a slight headache, went away quickly. I feel just fine now, not too drained, no more than I would if I had stayed up until 3am any other night. No other negatives to speak of!
Thanks for reading!!
