Well, last night was an amazing DXM trip and was such an enlightening experience. I drank one bottle of 5 ounce delsym and it did not kick in for 2.5 hours. I was laying on my futon with my closet light on, and played music.
REPORT:
2130: Ingested all 5 ounces of dextromethorphan polistrex == 888 MGs of dxm (extended release)
2145: I hopped in the shower while waiting for it to kick in
Keep in mind that this is the extended release so it takes a long ass time to kick in (~2 hours)
2230: Start to feel a slight body load and this continues for the next hour
2300: Go drink some gatorade so it breaks the plastic down faster
2350: I come up within 10 minutes and get the music playing
0000: The trip is extremely intense. I am very dissociated and it was getting more and more intense by the minute 8

0030: I get my phone and was going to watch a video. "Wow how fucking amazing is it that these people built this shit from dirt and rocks." Going to Youtube seems to take 10 minutes. I am trying to think of an old actor and can't come up with the name so i search Youtube "funny old actor" and George Carlin showed up. I typed in George Carlin and watch his best moments video. Nothing is real. I am in a old building. (for some reason I thought I was in a building for the rest of the trip) George Carlin says "What is time? When is the present because its here for a short time until its gone" I then started to think about dying (George Carlin died in 2008 and wondered what happened when you died and where your soul went. He talked about all the bullshit and craziness in the world. Then he said America is just a front row seat to all the bullshit. George Carlin also said "Men fight because they are insecure of how big there pricks are"
and he also said "War is the ultimate fight. Bullets, missles, they are all shaped like dicks!" Then I was trying to talk to George Carlin and I wished I met him. I started wondering if he too took psychedelics to get his ideas, he was just so smart and funny and remembered the smallest details.
0115: Starting to get double vision
0145: Done watching George Carlin, and I stood up to experience robowalk. It felt as usual but I enjoy the robowalk.
0200: Go to Youtube and play songs I have seen a lot and did not play (Migos T-Shirt, Slippery) Then listened to my playlist. T-Shirt seemed to take 15 minutes until it was over. (the other songs seemed to take a long time as well)
0245: No CEVS or OEVS and I am quite suprised
0315: I turn the music off as I am starting to come down and I get in bed. I try to fall asleep but cannot for about 30 minutes
Overall this trip was very euphoric and it was for sure a mind bender. I do not plan the use of dextromethorphan for at least 2 months. Do not use this chemical unless you are an experienced tripper and be sure DXM is the *ONLY* active ingredient you are consuming. Other ingredients can cause GI tract problems or liver failure or death.
