Hey I'll be trying DXM for the first time today and I was wondering about the DXM enzyme test. I really want to do this today since it's the last day that I could really do it with no consequence. I've read about the 100mg enzyme test. Could I take this, wait to see if I have no adverse reactions, and take the rest and have a full trip. Or will my trip be diminished from spacing it out so much? Thank you.

The trip will be diminished, do it all or do none of it.
80-90% of caucasians should have no problem metabolizing DXM.

You should be good. Be aware though, that (assuming you're not enzyme-deficient) your trip probably won't be as intense as if you took everything at once. You'll still have fun, though.
Trip in a dark place (I like to put a blanket over my head and open my eyes: the secret to intense visuals) and put on some psychedelic music with headphones. Take some Benadryl, which counteracts the robo-itch and potentiates the effects. Have fun, be safe, and stay hydrated.

Don't re-dose/booster dose all it will do is give you negative effects and ruin you're fun. In my experience when someone has an enzyme deficiency it's like they doubled the dose. You could try giving them 150mg and if there not enzyme deficient they'll hit the first plateau and if they are they'll get the second and still have fun either way.
