DXM dosing

I have a question in reguards to dosing dxm. I have about 20 pills each pill containing 30mg of dxm. I read that for a common dxm trip the dosing range is 200-400mg, but I don't know what the weight condition for that trip would be; I'm guessing about 150lbs?...
I don't want to trip that hard so how many of these pills should it take for a nice no pain tingly "trip"?
I really don't want to trip that hard I just really want it to get euphoric and to maybe see where dxm and pain relief intertwine...

Also, how long should it take when taking the pills on an empty stomach vs. drinking the nasty stuff ? 3 hours?...4?....

Check out this dose calculator. I weigh 155lbs and 300mgs gives me a 2nd plateau trip. If you don't want to trip hard try 150-200mgs.

P.S. Make sure the pills only have DXM in it. Depending on what else is in them the side effects could range from vomiting to loss of life.

i'm telling yu right now, if those are the corcidrins, don't take them! it kills yer stomach and is a lot 'dirtier' (apparently from what i read online today) than meds w/ just DXM in them. i woke up this morning still feeling like shit for 2 hours!

edit: if yer going to take 15 at least. i weigh 135 and i felt damn high yesterday

Ok, they are mucinex DM bilayer tablets (600mg guaifensen and 30mg dxm). So I guess I will take 10 (that's 300mg of dxm) of them and it will hit me about when? 3 hours?...or more?...sorry about all the questions guys.

If your taking mucinex be prepared to vomit, a lot. I usually peak within 2 hours, but if I vomit in the first hour most of the DXM doesn't get absorbed.

Google "dxm plateays" and read about each one. Also find a dxm dose calculator, google it. Id say that a low 2nd plateau high is a responsible not too hard amount.
