DXM dosage?

Hey all I was just wondering if you could help me with the DXM dosages? A mate got a 200ml bottles of Robitussin brand cough & chest congestion syrup. It says on the pack Guaiphenesin 200ml and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 30ml. Is that 30ml per dose or in the whole bottle? How much of the bottle would need to be consumed for a low dose and how much for a medium dose?

Like TrippAR said, DO NOT drink that. You want 'Robitussin Dry Cough Forte'. It's in a blue box... Google it for an image.

And regarding dosage, that depends on what 'plateau' you're aiming for. I suggest you read more about DXM before you try it and decide what kind of 'high' you're looking for. Once you've done that you can find a dosage calculator at this site [dxm.darkridge.com/calc.html] that will give you a dosage based on your body weight and the plateau you're aiming for.
 
What I am asking is, in a bottle that says 30ml is that 30ml in the whole bottle? So using that calculator would one consume one bottle plus some from another to get to the 51ml mark for 1st plateau?
 
Sorry guys, I have a tendency to not read things properly. It says on the bottle "each 10ml contains 30mg"
 
Ugh, stay away from the green unless you want to hallucinate that your ass is a B-52, your toilet bowl is Cambodia and Richard Nixon just sent you on a secret mission to take out NVA supply lines.

Ask for "Dry Cough Forte", and drink the whole 200mg for a decent trip. I like to down half, come up, then down the rest.

First of all. What are u trying to achieve? We need a little bit more info. Did u want to trip? or just potentiate sumfn (like i do) or for sumfn else? If u have no tolerance and want to experience a psychedelic trip then u need atleast 300mg worth. The blue box one contains DXM only 30mg of it / 10ml. I wouldnt touch anything else that has sumfn combined with it. Always read the labels man just to be safe.

Yeah best to employ caution when dosing this stuff for the first time if your caucasian.

7% of caucasians are severly depleted or entirely missing the enzyme that metabolises DXM. Meaning, if your part of this minority you WILL TRIP FOR DAYS. And let me tell you now, thats something you wouldn't wish upon your worst enemy lol.

I found out the hard way after a 300mg dose I was still off the planet 24 hours later. In my delerious state I managed to convince myself that I was suffering from diabetes and went to the emergency room lol.

After a couple hours waiting around there and getting looked at I was starting to come back to earth but still didnt realise it was the DXM causing my current state. Didnt click until I saw my pupils in the mirror.... Dinner plates.

Shit aint good. Be carefull dosing for the first time as you dont want to endure the crap I went though 8o
 
tommy, I hope you've actually read this thread and won't drink what you have lol. It is not pleasant, trust me :p
 
L3inad if you had your time over how would've you safely tested how you reacted to DXM, coz that shit sounds fucking terrible.
 
I haven't had any above the recommended amount. I bought it for a cough but I was just curious as to how much you need to trip. Thanks :)
 
I dosed 400 mg this evening. Never again am I doing this stuff on it's own. Such a dirty drug :|
