DXM-Does the name Robitussin have anything to do with the robo walk

The brand Robitussin? Is that in any way related to the robo walk you might get when taking DXM? Did the term "robo-walk" come from the name robitussin, or does that name come from the feeling of walking like a robot? Or, did the name robitussin come from the robo walk? Meaning the company chose that name four their medicine based on the robot walk descriptions? Or is it just a coincidence? Maybe the name robitussin was made by robots

Sure about that? Seems like the name robo walking for ataxia was possibly thought up with the relatively popular brand Robitussin in mind making it a pun like connection.

Better yet the term "robotripping" was *I think* first to colloquially refer to using DXM... "robo walk" probably came later, so it might not have even been such a pun as much as a coincidence if that is what happened.

(But no way the brand was named after the effect.)
