DXM Combo - I need help deciding if its safe (Citalopram)

I am taking 20mg of Citalopram every morning since 5 days ago, can I still take 600mg of DXM tonight? I have a pretty high tolerance of DXM, 600mg would be a middle to high second plateau trip. I would also like to take my prescribed 200mg of Seroquel when its time to sleep (DXM always has a speedy comedown for me and I cant sleep and have to stay awake all night and the next day). Will I be safe? Would it be ok to dose 200mg Dimenhydrinate before taking the DXM?

Your puppy should not be taking any drugs at all! We don't use swim/my puppy/my pet elephant etc here, everyone knows you mean you. If you do mean your puppy then we don't allow threads on giving drugs to animals!

You shouldn't combine citalopram (or any SSRI/SNRIs) with DXM, there is a risk of serotonin syndrome which can be fatal. Quetiapine should be okay as far as I can tell (no interactions on this drug interaction checker - however when checking combinations there, just because it doesn't find a match doesn't mean it is definitely safe)

Absolutely dangerous to combine SSRI's and DXM. A big no-no.
