DXM and Tylenol 3, urgent

My friend took 1 tylenol 3 and 500mg of DXM powder because he didn't know he had access to it and when he found out he forgot about what he did earlier...hes now throwing up and acting really fucked up. does anyone know how bad this is for you and what we should do. thankshhh

It's probably just the DXM that's doing that to him. If you're really worried, take him to a hospital ASAP.

Nausea like crazy (TAKE IT ON EMPTY STOMACH!!)

I just thought I'd chime in and agree with the others. Dex makes me puke every time, but by now I've come to kind of enjoy it. . . I just go outside and spew and bit (just water though) and it gives me a tingly rush, mmm! Really odd taste too.

That's really funny Tad. I agree wholeheartedly with the others. Most definately the effects of the DXM. But sometimes paranoia about worse case sceneraios can cause you more discomfort than the nausea.

DXM is similar to codeine in some ways. I bet they both worked together and generated the nausea. 1+1=3 type of thing. Yuk.

DXM and codeine should not be combined as they compete for the same enzyme. Codeine is nice in the afterglow part of the DXM trip, but avoid combining these two.
