DXM and SSRI question

So yesterday I was prescribed Lexapro and Vyvanse. Im supposed to take 5mg of lexapro for 5 days or something and then start taking the whole pill each day. I know SSRI's and DXM are a bad combo that can lead to seritonin syndrome.

I took the half a pill of lexapro last night and then decided I wanted to robotrip 1 last time before I start taking this medication regularly. I took around 540mg of DXM a couple hours ago. I figured just that half a pill I took last night wouldn't affect my trip today.

I just feel stupid of my decision to take the dxm after that SSRI last night. My question is have I put myself in any danger? Answers fast would be nice.


Edit: I feel okay now, but I still want to know if there might be any bad side effects later on.

This can be a very DANGEROUS combination! Do not take DXM and SSRIs together! Combining DXM with an SSRI can lead to too much serotonin in your brain, which can cause the potentially FATAL serotonin syndrome.
