hi all,
i recently tested ... and then re-tested a pill which had the following
reactions:
Marquis -- slow reaction to dark grey.
Mandelin -- fast reaction to black.
Robadope -- zero.
Simon's -- Zero.
The definitive test for DXM is Mecke... however, when i went to test with mecke i found that the solution was already completely black.. it's oxidised.. i guess that happens when you don't put the top back on the bottle tightly enough.
Naturally.. i'm now keen to find out if:
(a) DXM doesn't change Simon's
(b) DXM doesn't change Robadope
(c) DXM changes Mandelin to black.
if these things are all true.. then it suggests my ID of this pill as DXM Is correct.. If not.. then this pill must contain something else.
Thanks for your help ... and any other remarks you choose to make
cheers
steve
